Nomination Terms & Conditions
The British Padel Awards 2026 celebrate the achievements of individuals, clubs, charities, and organisations making a positive impact within the sport of padel in the UK. By submitting a nomination, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which ensure fairness and integrity throughout the awards process.
1. Nomination Process
- Nominees may only be entered into one individual category and/or one category on behalf of their club, company, or charity. If a nominee is submitted for more than one category, the judging panel will determine the most suitable category before public voting begins.
- All nominees for the British Padel Awards 2026 are decided by the public, except for the Special Recognition Awards and Highly Commended Awards, which are chosen by the judging panel.
- Finalists are determined solely by public vote.
- Each nomination must include a summary of no more than 300 words, which will be published on the official British Padel Awards website.
- All nominations will undergo a basic verification check, which may include reviews of club registrations, Companies House records, websites, and social media platforms. The organisers reserve the right to remove any nomination that does not meet these requirements.
2. Nominee Image
Nomination forms must include a clear photograph of the nominee only. This image will be used for promotional purposes and cannot be changed once submitted.
3. Accuracy of Information
The British Padel Awards reserve the right to remove a nomination if any information provided is found to be false, misleading, or factually inaccurate.
4. Publicity
Nominations may be publicised across social media and promotional channels to raise awareness of the nominee. If you would prefer your nomination not to be shared in this way, please contact us at info@britishpadelawards.co.uk within 48 hours of submission.
5. Eligibility
Nominees must either live or work in the United Kingdom.
6. Sponsorship
- Organisations that sponsor any part of the British Padel Awards are not eligible to nominate themselves for an award.
- Individuals from sponsoring organisations may still be nominated, provided they have no involvement in the management or delivery of the sponsorship project.
7. Attendance
- Finalists must be available to attend the awards ceremony on the date and at the venue specified by the organisers.
- Each finalist will receive one complimentary ticket. Additional tickets can be purchased via the British Padel Awards website.
- Attendees under the age of 18 are not permitted at the awards ceremony.
8. Contribution to the Community Award
- The Contribution to the Community Award is open to padel clubs, charities, community groups, and social enterprises.
- Nominees or finalists are not required to have a registered charity number to be eligible.
By submitting a nomination, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. The British Padel Awards 2026 reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
Ticket Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a ticket to the British Padel Awards 2026 gala, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Non-Refundable
All ticket purchases are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of personal circumstances, illness or travel disruption.
2. Non-Transferable
Tickets may not be resold, transferred, or gifted to another individual without prior written consent from the British Padel Awards organisers.
3. Event Changes
The organisers reserve the right to alter the event programme, timings or venue if required. In the unlikely event of total cancellation, ticket holders will be notified and a credit or alternative arrangement offered at the organisers' discretion.
4. Admission
Tickets are required for entry. The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.
5. Dress Code
Black tie is required. Guests not adhering to the dress code may be refused entry without refund.
6. Age Restriction
The British Padel Awards 2026 is an 18+ event. Attendees under the age of 18 will be refused entry, with the exception of those who are registered finalists in the Best Young Talent (U18) category. No refund will be issued where entry is refused on the basis of age.
7. Dietary Requirements
Dietary requirements submitted at the time of booking will be passed to the venue. The organisers cannot guarantee that all requirements can be fully accommodated.
8. Data
Your personal data is collected and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy and used solely for the purposes of processing your booking and communicating event information.
